  1. From the link "So what about you? What have you learned from failure? Does your organization tolerate failure? Does the culture allow you to share lessons openly?"

What I learned was to believe it, and to deal with it. Strangely if you play music and you fail to get the note right, then you are wrong - unless you quickly adjust your perception to the new reality you are in and move on. You might like to morph it with the original melody, if you are playing with others or go off on a new tangent if you are on your own (improvisation)but the mistake is someone's to tell you of and not yours to perceive. How do the limited notes in music create so many cultural distinctions? Perception of what is correct!I believe in our universe we need to fail, simply so that we can create what we didn't know was there!
Does your organization tolerate failure? Not sure but I'm trying hard to find out!

    Cheers Howard. Thank you!

  2. Great post Howard,
Failure happens everyday in our life's but we fail to document it and share with others because we feel embarrassed about it not knowing that the person might have been in a worse situation that ours.Accepting the responsibility for our failures also helps us to move on to better highets because we appreciate it could have been worse.

    To your success,
